Group 1 – (10am-12pm) 8-10 years
Group 2 – (1pm-3pm) 11-13 years
Group 3 – (4pm-6pm) 14 and up
Coaches Rafael Simoes and Paulo Pita will be hosting a “One in a lifetime” two day soccer camp.
This camp provides a fun learning environment for soccer players and goalkeeper ages 8 to 18. Skills covered during this 2 day camp include dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control, heading, and the correct general field positioning.
While goalkeeper will be covering: Physical: footwork, agility, strength, balance, first step quickness.
Technical: shot stopping/handling, dealing with crossed balls, breakaway saves.
Tactical: distribution, positioning/angle play, defensive set pieces.
Psychological: leadership, decision making, communication.

Campers are required to bring soccer shoes, shin guards and a water bottle. Goalkeeper bring gloves.
